Wemucs Journey is a travel discovery and planning platform. It aggregates, enriches, and presents geographic information, points of interest, itineraries, photographs, and editorial content. A substantial part of this content is generated, structured, or enriched using artificial intelligence systems. This content is provided for informational purposes only and must be independently verified by the user before any decision (travel, booking, navigation, etc.).
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal and non-commercial purposes, unless Wemucs has given prior written consent. Access to certain features may require creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
Wemucs Journey relies in particular on public and collaborative data, including OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors), available under the Open Database License (ODbL), and Wikidata (© Wikidata contributors), whose data is generally made available under the CC0 license, subject to the conditions applicable to each item. This data may be combined, filtered, or presented by Wemucs. Wemucs is not the original author of this data and does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Where required by law, Wemucs undertakes to reproduce the applicable attributions and license notices. For any reuse of this data outside the service, you must comply with the respective licenses of OpenStreetMap and Wikidata.
Descriptions, recommendations, rankings, summaries, and other editorial content may be produced or assisted by artificial intelligence systems, then integrated into the service after automated processing. You acknowledge and accept that this content may contain errors, omissions, approximations, or outdated information; that it does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, travel, financial, etc.) or a guarantee of availability or compliance of the places described; that all information displayed on Wemucs Journey must be checked and cross-referenced with official or reliable sources before use; and that Wemucs implements review processes but does not guarantee the absence of errors across all AI-processed content. If you notice an error, you may report it to contact@wemucs.com.
Some photographs displayed on the service come from providers or open databases (for example Wikimedia Commons, mapping services, or partners). Where available, the author and source are indicated on the photograph. These images remain subject to the licenses and terms of their respective authors. Wemucs acquires no ownership rights over these photographs beyond those necessary to display them within the service.
The service allows users to upload photographs. The user declares and warrants that they hold the necessary rights to the photograph, or have valid authorization to publish it; that the photograph does not infringe third-party rights (copyright, image rights, privacy, trademarks, etc.); and that they grant Wemucs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for the legal term of protection, allowing Wemucs to host, reproduce, adapt (resizing, cropping, compression), and display the photograph within Wemucs Journey. The user who uploads a photograph bears responsibility for it. In the event of a third-party claim, Wemucs may remove the content concerned and, where appropriate, suspend the user's account. Wemucs acts as a hosting provider under French law (including the LCEN) and cannot be held liable for unlawful content uploaded by users, provided it acts promptly upon receiving a compliant notification.
Anyone who believes a photograph infringes their rights may contact us at contact@wemucs.com, specifying the URL concerned, the nature of the right invoked, and the information needed to identify the disputed content.
The site structure, software, visual identity, original texts written by Wemucs, and distinctive elements of the Wemucs Journey brand are the property of Wemucs or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, extraction, or reuse is prohibited.
It is notably prohibited to use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; to upload unlawful, defamatory, misleading content or content that infringes third-party rights; to attempt unauthorized access to Wemucs systems; or to extract data from the service on a large scale (scraping) without written authorization.
Wemucs Journey is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wemucs shall not be liable for errors or inaccuracies related to third-party data (OpenStreetMap, Wikidata, etc.); errors, omissions, or misinterpretations related to AI-generated or AI-assisted content; indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use the service; or decisions made by the user based on displayed information without prior verification. Nothing in these terms limits Wemucs's liability in cases of gross negligence, fraud, or where prohibited by law.
Wemucs reserves the right to modify the service and these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the site at the time of your use. In the event of a material change, notice may be displayed on the service.
These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
